Both felted wool, single breasted and hand stitched, narrow notched collar, brass buttons stamped "GH" and on reverse, "R. Noakes London": jacket with horizontal waist seam and skirts, two side pockets with horizontal flaps, two interior pockets with shell buttons, vent, pleats and buttons at center back, vest with four pockets with flaps, slight chest padding, striped red and white cotton lining, thin red wool twill back and steel buckle, (stains, several moth holes, sleeve mends) fair.
