Sheer white cotton woven with stripes in red and blue, piping at high neckline, shoulders and sleeves, bodice gathered vertically, long sleeves puffed at top ending below wrist with four rows of piped bands, five 1.5" tucks above skirt hem, finished slitin skirt seam (to access tie-on pocket), steel hook & eyelet eye back closure, (period repair near shoulder, damage to back waistband) good.
