2-pc holly printed cotton organdy day dress c/o basque bodice w/ bobbin lace trim to bishop collar, cuff, pockets & triple tiered ruffled skirt, c. 1880, bodice B 34”, L 28”, skirt W 28”, L 40”, (discoloration, missing most buttons, few torn buttonholes, few pulls & sm holes, wear to Wband) fair; 1 resist printed purple at-home dress w/ high shirt collar, yoke ruffle, fitted front W band & Aesthetic movement watteau pleat at CB controlled w/ tab over back W, c. 1900, B 34”, W 28”, L 54”, (light discoloration esp. CF bodice, stains up to 2” rt hem, 0.25” mend rt SH, few scattered tiny holes) good. Deaccessioned by the Valentine Museum.
